Workshop Cancellation Policy:

An administration fee of $40.00 will be charged for all cancellations (except where canceled by Petrea Hansen-Adamidis- see below).  For a refund, a notice of cancellation must be received in writing 14 days prior to the workshop date.  If withdrawal is made after this date, the total registration fee is non-refundable. Another person may be substituted for attendance if you notify Petrea Hansen-Adamidis (petrea AT arttherapist DOT ca) in advance of the workshop date.   There will be no discounts, refunds, credits or transfers for workshops not attended. A full refund will be issued if there is insufficient enrollment.   Petrea Hansen-Adamidis reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to under-enrollment, facilitator illness or inclement weather.  If a workshop is canceled, Petrea Hansen-Adamidis is responsible for refunding only the workshop fee.
